Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address.
- Free standard shipping on orders over $75 (US & Canada)
- US & Canada Standard: $9.99 (5–10 business days)
- International Standard: $19.99 (10–21 business days)
UltraFlow Bio ships from Winnipeg, MB, Canada. Customers outside Canada are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import fees.
Returns & Refunds
All cosmetic products are final sale once opened. Due to health and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns of opened or used products under any circumstances.
Unopened, sealed items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. Items must be in original, resaleable packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ultraflowbio.com with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement at no cost.
We do not offer cash refunds except where required by applicable law.
