Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates
- Mainland US & Canada — Standard Tracked: US$15.00 (7–14 business days)
- International — Standard Tracked: US$25.00 (10–21 business days)
- Free shipping on orders over US$99 (mainland US & Canada)
Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories are considered international for shipping purposes. Customers in these locations should select International at checkout.
UltraFlow Bio ships from Canada. Customers outside Canada are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method — no questions asked.
To initiate a return, email support@ultraflowbio.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ultraflowbio.com with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
